This site is operated by OneVision Fragrances, based in Brooklyn, NY. "We", "us" and "our" refer to OneVision Fragrances.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method used is yours.

We are an independent reseller. We are not an authorised dealer of, nor affiliated with, the brands we carry; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Every bottle is verified genuine before sale. Condition is stated on each listing as BNIB, Tester or No Box, and testers may arrive in plain packaging without a cap.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Stock is limited and often single-bottle. If an item sells out after you order, we will cancel and refund that line in full.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order affected by them.

Payment is captured at checkout through our payment provider. An order is accepted once we confirm dispatch or pickup. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

You agree not to scrape, resell, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to this site, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. Site content, imagery and copy remain our property.

Fragrance is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

We may update these terms at any time; the version published here applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
